The first-generation, high-resolution night-vision unit features a magnification ratio of 1x, but offers the option of expanding to 4x or 8x. More significantly, the unit is extremely versatile: you can use it for hands-free activities such as fishing or paintball, as a compact monocular, or attach it to a camera for nighttime photography. And even though ATN outfitted the Viper with a heavy-coated glass lens, the company managed to keep the weight down to only 9 ounces.
The Viper fits around your head via a comfortable fabric strap, which includes both forehead and chin pads for security. 2. My son loves this product, he’s barely taken it off since we got it a month ago! We did notice that it gives slight tunnel vision, and he does regularly bump into walls, but as he’s only 2 1/2 that is to be expected!
These are great, I think everyone should have a pair, and then no one needs to be afraid of the dark! And we save on energy because we don’t need lights (as often) mind you, you go through a lot of batteries!!!

1. If they would have had this thing when I was a kid (a few decades back), I would have gone crazy with it. It is a TOY, not a real scientific instrument, but it’s the kind of toy that can good and truly make a kid fall in love with science. It turns the world into a puzzle–What would that thing look like if I were the size of an ant? It offers the ability to capture and share images, and compare them with each other. This little device is flawed–I wish it were a little bit easier to use, the instructions could be more comprehensive and easy to understand, and I’ve only had it for two days so I can’t vouch for its durability but suspect considerable care will be required to protect it–but for an 8- to 14-year-old child, this is a portal into interesting worlds, and a possible introduction to science and nature that could result in a lifelong appreciation of discovery. I don’t want to praise it too much or someone could order it and be disappointed that it’s not more than advertised, but I just want to get across the point that, limitations and all, I found the thing to be pretty delightful.

2. The good..
once you get a resolution focused you can see light objects fairly well.

The bad…
Lighting is very poor. the very small leds make any darker material impossible to see.
Very hard to focus, need to turn the entire front of the housing, can’t do it “on the fly”
Changing magnification requires refocusing.

These Air Hogs Zero Gravity Micro cars moves in three dimensions — across the ground, up the wall, and even upside down on the ceiling! By using a specially designed suction device, the car can climb a wall and maneuver just as it does on the ground.
Air Hogs makes the only cars that can climb walls, and the Zero Gravity Micro is smaller and faster than the original Air Hogs Zero Gravity Humvee. We were surprised by how small and light the Zero Gravity Micro is; it is basically a thin plastic shell wrapped around a light body with a vacuum in it. Our car was designed to look like a red race car, but you can choose from other designs available as well.
The instructions warn that the car should be played only on a clean, smooth surface, and they’re not kidding. Since the car is able to stay on walls due to suction, the moment an inconsistency is introduced, the car loses suction and falls off. We found that a surface like glass works very well. With our concrete wall, we often ran into problems with the car maintaining its suction. Coupled with the car’s light construction, we fear that repeated abuse could cause damage to it.

This has got to be the coolest Toy Invention in a very long time! Did you ever think you’d see an Remote Control car that could climb walls and ride upside down on the ceiling!! This is an awesome amazing toy that will leave you & your kids WOWed!! While the battery life could be longer, it dies out just when you’d had enough of the noise that comes along with it. I mean seriously parents – do you really want your kid racing this car around the walls and ceilings while your watching tv, doing the laundry, cooking dinner? For 20 minutes it’s great and then after that you’re happy for the battery to recharge until next time. This is a GENIUS invention & is sure to be a HOT TOY for years to come!
