1. This is a great product and definitely lives up to its product description. The unit has a solid feel and I don’t have the impression that it is a low quality product. Temperature readings are quick and accurate as far as I can tell. It provides many uses such as confirming the temperature of foods to finding heat sources in your home. It has helped me pinpoint the areas in my house that I am losing precious air-conditioning.
2. I bought it because of the low price & was surprised to find it works just as well as more expensive Fluke thermometers I’ve used in the past. It works quickly, has a good distance to spot ratio and it’s priced just right. I’ve used it for everything from spot temp checks of computer equipment to checking my freezer & my ceiling insulation coverage. I would buy the same one again if it were lost or broken.
