Customer Feedback :
The camera is easy to use, at least as far as the basic “point and shoot” practice goes. I’m very pleased with the large display, although it sometimes still is hard to see the shot when in a bright outdoor setting. But I typically could make out some basic outlines, as opposed to my previous p & s pocket size Minolta camera (S2), where the display was useless in any lighting conditions brighter than daytime outdoor with a full cloud cover. That, as well as the fact that the battery charge on the Minolta seemed to last for fewer and fewer shots, even on replacement batteries.

Customer Feedback :
Before using I suggest that you READ the manual before using and get to know it’s features. Once you have mastered the features and know what it can do there should be NO problems. The problem with some negative reviews I have seen in other articles/comments about this camera is that people fail to study the manual before they use it. This is a great little camera and the only things I have to say is that the USB port cover on the camera is somewhat flimsy and I’m afraid I might break it off. The zoom feature moves a bit too fast to get it exactly where I want it at the moment. That’s why I’m only giving it 4 stars. Other than that it’s a great product.

Customer Feedback :
This camera is inexpensive for it’s class, lightweight, has the latest technology, and is extremely beginner- and user-friendly. It is the perfect camera for someone who wants something more than a basic point-and-shoot but doesn’t want to spend the money on an SLR or the energy trying to figure out a more complex camera to get great shots. For those beginner to moderately skilled photographers debating between an advanced point-and-shoot and a SLR (like I initially did), you will be glad you got this over an expensive and bulky SLR. A SLR with a 15x+ telephoto lens will cost 3-4 times as much as this camera, and I’m very pleased with the quality of the photos I’m getting with the L100. The Easy-Auto and Auto modes are excellent and I think most people will be very happy with the shots they will produce while in them, even if they never leave those modes. However, learning all of the features is easy and hasn’t taken me that long, and my pictures have looked more and more professional the more I’ve played around with them. This is a great camera.
