The only reasons I wanted and bought the Yamaha CD-C600BL 5-Disc CD Changer was for its 24-bit digital/analog conversion rate and the 5-disc capacity.
We purchased this 5-disc CD player to replace an old 1993 Sony 5-disc CD player that did not play MP3 CDs and was very particular about the CD-R WMA recorded CDs. This unit plays all of them and so far we have had no problem with reading the CD.
An added bonus is the USB port that allows you to connect an I-Pod or even a flash drive, SD card, etc. One of the features that we like is the memory that stores the last play and resumes playback the next time you turn it on.

It is easy to use, his finding and using the many features it offers. I put one of my classical cd’s into the unit and I was amazed at the sound quality this inexpensive unit provided. I am a connosseur of music owning top of the line stereo equipment in my home and I can assuredly say that this unit gives you much bang for the buck.

We have a BOSE Soundock which is really just a phenomenal product. We had an old Sony mini system die, and instead of replacing it with another pricey BOSE SounDock we opted for another Sony — it is an excellent size and the sound is really good. It’s a GREAT purchase especially considering the price.
